Hotel Policy:
In case of hotel cancellation as per the selected hotel policy.
In case of a show: Entire booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
In case of a conference, event or exhibition the cancellation will be as per the contract.

Flight Policy:
In case of flight cancellation as per the selected airline lines policy.
In case of bulk booking, group fare, or special fare the cancellation will be as per the contract.
In case of no show, the entire booking cost will be charged as a cancellation fee
