  • We would also set up a Credit card machine at the venue for instant payment/transactions.

Conference Transport Service

  • Planning of routes, pick-up, and drop-off points for transportation according to where delegates are being accommodated.
  • Arranging airport pick/drop for delegates
  • Informing & Distributing transport schedules to delegates
  • If required Set up of welcome service at the airport to ensure the smooth transition of delegates from airport to accommodation place

Venue Management
