Intimation by mail dose not mean that the cancellation is confirmed.
Hotel Policy:
48 hours before check-in date: 1 night cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
0 to 24 hours before check-in date: 2 night cost will be charged as cancellation fee
In case of no show: Entire booking cost will be charged as cancellation fee. In case of flight cancellation as per the selected airline lines policy.
In case of conference , event or exhibition the cancellation will be as per the contract.
Domestic payment: Refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request and the payment would be credited within 7-12 via the same mode as used while making the payment.
International payment: Refund time taken may be 15-20 working days via the same mode as used while making the payment.
